Y Gribin (Snowdon) Guided Scramble
Y Gribin, an impressive ridge between the summits of Snowdon and Lliwedd, is the easiest and shortest guided scramble that we offer. If you've looked at some of our other Snowdonia based guided scrambles and worried that you might not be able to complete them, then Y Gribin is an excellent place to "test the water".
Although not having the exposure or difficulties of some of our other guided scrambles, the views from Y Gribin are some of the best in all of Snowdonia.
The scramble is usually done as a large horseshoe which, after reaching the top of Y Gribin, continues to scramble over the summit of Lliwedd, however, if you've never been to the summit of Snowdon before then it is possible to access the summit via this ridge. If you'd like to include an ascent of Snowdon then please mention this when making a booking as it does add considerable time to the journey.
Grade 1 (Easy Scrambling). One of the easiest yet most magnificent guided scrambles in all of Snowdonia.
